By submitting content to the Service, you grant VRITIMES a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan in accordance with the rules of The Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.

VRITIMES reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time, with or without notice to you. Your continued use of the Service after any such modifications or amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised
